There is a post asking if there are any Jenny dolls with legitimate Lolita outfits. They say that they think they saw one wearing a "GothLoli styled outfit."

Well, while I'm not completely familiar with the Jenny dolls of the past, I know for certain that Baby the Stars Shine bright had at least one collaboration with the doll brand. I have seen these dolls in two different color variations of the Sugar Bouquet print series.

The last one I am including in this segment is a much newer version, which is a new collaboration with the brand Sanrio for the anniversary of the Little Twin Stars. However, because these are a Japanese brand, I honestly wouldn't be surprised if there were many more lolita looking dolls just because, of course, Japan is where lolita and "kawaii" styled clothing originated, these just happen to be the two.

EGL Archive: February - March 2003

February contained a total of 72 individual posts. It's still about a year away from when I first discovered the fashion and then later on stumbled upon EGL in my hunt to learn more, and in 2004, I consider the amount of traffic it received to be quite slow compared to what it would become in later years, even with outside communities such as d_l and the like. They aren't a lolita brand at all anymore(if they ever really were), but they do have a ton of beautiful ethereal designs that you might like checking out anyways, just because everything on their Facebook is so beautiful, luxurious and highly detailed. 2021 Wardrobe Post

Wow! Long time no post! Man I really missed writing plus 2020 was such a nightmare, I am so glad to finally have a spare minute to post on this blog again. As you know, the January Wardrobe theme has been a tradition spanning the past decade, starting with this post 10 years ago on EGL. By now I have already added my wardrobe videos to my YouTube channel featuring some of my favorite details of each piece. However, since it was done during the first few days of the new year, I still had some late arriving new additions to my wardrobe that didn’t make the video, so this is definitely a more complete documentation of my current wardrobe. 2026 Wardrobe Post

Wow I didn’t expect this blog to stay vacant for so long. In all honesty I never expected to abandon this blog completely, however, I honestly have a hard time keeping up with most social media with 3 small children. Yes, THREE! The last time I posted my thoughts, I had one small girl and was pregnant with the second, and now I haveTHREE girls, the youngest now being 2. I am most frequently on IG now for the quick and easy stories post, and the more infrequent YouTube, where I post random projects and rambling of coord ideas and crafts that have caught my attention. That said, I frequently miss the days of the EGL Livejournal community, and even towards its decline, the yearly LJ migration in January for the yearly wardrobe posts. So I will be frank, but so much has changed from my last post, more than just the number of children we have…We were originally located in Southern Arizona, then moved to eastern Washington, and now we find ourselves in ALASKA!
